Jeanne is a scientist turned marketing professional with extensive experience in business development, clinical development, translation of technologies to clinical practice, visioning and strategic planning. After attending UCSF graduate school in Neurosciences, Jeanne began her career in industry in 1981 at W.L. Gore’s Medical Division where she built a global regenerative technologies business. After Gore, she was VP of Marketing in a biotechnology company focused on the exciting new field of personalized medicine and genetic testing.

Jeanne founded the Avenues Company and has served as CEO since 2001. She works directly with clients to support the successful development and commercialization of innovative products, with specific expertise in optimizing the “value in use” of medical devices where success is also influenced by the skill and development of the surgeon.
